The way they put a steel tooth on my daughter did not sit right with me the way they held her head down really rough did not sit right with me. She is three years old of course she's gonna be in yelling and in pain and then tell disregard that by say she aint feelinf anything. I beg to differ her gums were super red. I will be going somewhere else! Plus the time they took to see is crazy she was scheduled at 10 and wasnt worked on till 11

Dentist was extremely rude and kept scolding my Autistic child for crying because she was scared and in pain. Will definitely not be returning to this place and I recommend you take your children elsewhere!

Monica is AMAZING! She’s the first technician who’s taken time to talk to us, interact with my son and make him feel comfortable. Never forced anything on him. She deserves 5 stars! However, overall review is 2 stars. Crowded. Appointment doesn’t start for 1 hour past scheduled time. Last appointment left my son traumatized and it didn’t seem like they cared much. Last experiences provide little to no communication, even with multiple questions. This experience with Monica was an absolute game changer. Thank you Monica for making my son feel seen and comfortable, you’re the rockstar!!!

Extremely dissatisfied. My kid had an appointment booked 3 months in advance we were early for our apt time only to be told it was canceled due to no conformation. While I do understand needing conformation, no where on the text from the office does it say confirm or it will be canceled, nor did I recieve a text stating my apt was canceled. I would give zero stars if I could.

I am extremely disappointed with the ongoing experience at this dental office. Nearly every visit involves a 3+ hour wait, despite having a scheduled appointment. There appears to be only one dentist serving all patients, which creates constant delays and chaos.
At our most recent visit, my child was brought back for treatment and then essentially forgotten. The dentist later returned and said she was “next,” apologizing because other patients needed to be seen. While I understand providers get busy, this raises a serious question: what is the purpose of scheduling appointments if they aren’t respected?
This is especially frustrating when it involves children, who are expected to sit and wait for hours. Consistently long waits and poor time management make this office very difficult to recommend.

My kid had a root canal and apparently they never told us that they don’t do the crowns. We came expecting a crown but they just did a cavity. Then, they said that they will give us a call for another dentistry that does crowns but never called us back and this was months ago. now my kid temporarily filling is broken and they won’t answer their phones when we try to call to make an appointment. Another thing is that my child is sensitive on the left side and complains when they are doing the left side. They numb her 3 times which is the only good thing they did, but it didn’t work and basically said she was lying and kicked us out. They said to only come back when there is something wrong. This was the 2nd dentist we been too. We can’t even put her asleep because she over age…

If you want to cancel or make an appointment, they never answer the phone. They don’t call you to confirm appointments, and I was given a mixed-up appointment. I went to the appointment listed on the card, and the office was closed! I tried calling two days before to confirm the appointment myself, and to this day, they still don’t answer the phone. I'm taking my kids somewhere else.

So today I will be leaving an honest review about this place. I’ve been bringing my kids here since they opened this place. The Dr.s are great. Back staff are good at explaining everything to the kids before they get to doing there jobs. They make kids feel comfortable when they are in the visit there. Well I can speak for my kids. Everything went great until they started getting different workers here. There is one receptionist that I’ve seen a few times when I take my kids that I didn’t like how she treats parents that don’t speak English. When they need help filling out forms she is rude!!! The lady with the red hair has no patience. She tells people basically to read and do as it says instead of explaining to them what to put on the forms. She looks irritated when helping people out. If people are going to work with people and children they should have patience for everything. This is why I feel like they have changed so much! The workers there before when they first started were so much welcoming for my family.

I came in to have an extraction for my daughter. The dentist took an hour to see her, and when She saw her all she said, was schedule an appointment for extraction for a different day this week. The dentist was not very helpful and was very rude and unprofessional. I will not be taking my kids here ever again and to anybody who wants a good dentist. This is not the place.

I’m beyond frustrated with how unorganized and unprepared this place is. I’ve had to miss work multiple times because of appointments that were made, confirmed, and then suddenly canceled — all because someone “put it wrong in the computer.” It’s ridiculous. People plan their schedules and take time off for these things, and it feels like they don’t care at all about how much time they waste. This level of disorganization is completely unacceptable.

This dental office has become extremely unorganized. When they first opened, things ran smoothly, but now it feels like chaos. I’ve had multiple appointments for my kids canceled the day before because the office didn’t schedule the 6-month cleanings correctly. Yes, I appreciate not wasting a trip, but if I had already taken time off work, it would’ve been a problem. I should not have to double-check if the dental office scheduled a standard follow-up properly. That’s basic.
Then, my daughter was supposed to have a follow-up with a specialist to go over treatment options. When we arrived, the staff treated it like a brand new visit and had no idea what we were there for. Everyone looked confused. How does a dental office not communicate or document what the dentist recommended at the last appointment?
I also requested to speak with the office manager back in August. I was told she was out sick and that I’d get a call when she returned. It’s now November. Still no call.
This level of disorganization is unacceptable. My kids were comfortable here, which is the only reason I stayed as long as I did, but I’m done dealing with constant mistakes, confusion, and lack of follow-through. I’ll be moving to another dental office.

My daughter had a horrible experience. X ray tech ann Marie did a horrible job and made my daughters mouth bleed bad. As soon as my daughter sat on the chair she let her know that she has a lose tooth. When doing the X rays I noticed she was rushing to do her job, then my daughter started crying and blood started coming out her mouth... instead of comforting my daughter this lady says, hurry I need to finish the other side.... I told her go grab a tissue or something to clean her. She leaves and I take my daughter to the restroom to wash her up. My daughter tells me the lady hit her tooth with her hand. We go to the room and I tell the lady to be more careful next time and she says to me, it was my daughters fault. Didn't even say sorry... I let her supervisor know what happened and left.

This place is an absolute joke. I took my 12-year-old son in for an appointment today, and the staff couldn’t have been more unprofessional. After wasting our time, they told us the procedure was “too difficult” and we’d need to go somewhere else. Then when our dentist followed up, Kids2Dentist suddenly claims they don’t even work on kids over 8. Really? If that’s the policy, why wasn’t that made clear from the very beginning instead of dragging us through this nonsense?
We were made to feel like we did something wrong, when the truth is they didn’t do their job. Families don’t have time to be bounced around like this. The lack of honesty, professionalism, and basic respect here is unbelievable. Save yourself the stress and go anywhere else.

The anesthesia team very unprofessional just had no regards to the children at all I definitely will be making a complaint and I will also recommend for your staffing to get better you had people there from 8am until 7pm you had people who didn’t have an appointment till the following day you called them in and told him you had room when you didn’t the waiting room was beyond packed and no where to sit you had kids running around with tags on their backs but not getting call until hours later kids didn’t eat until the night before but didn’t get seen till the next day at 7pm which is diabolical the main doctor there is amazing but this surgical team is definitely not it definitely there for a paycheck and not their patient! On top of that not allowing the parents to be in the room till they go to sleep and doing work after closing hours what if something horrible happened your not a ER ! do better!

When I came I had an appointment for two kids. they did the older one first and then when it was the younger one’s turn they skipped her turn and did the appointment to the person who came after us so we left without doing the younger ones appointment.

Staff is great maria is amazing, but to be honest always get a second opinion. I wasn’t happy with my toddlers treatment plan the dr was very blunt and extreme on his diagnosis without ANY X-rays she said he would need crowns in his front teeth possibly extraction. I had previously token him to smileland and the only reason I took him here was to 1 try a new place especially cuz of the wait time but I will not be bringing my children here again. I took him back to smileland and omg was I goin to make the biggest mistake if I had done the treatment at kids2 dentist. Dr at smileland did fillings and was no need of crowns Especially NO EXTRACTIONS it was beyond extreme the diagnosis they gave me at kids2 dentist please please follow ur gut and get a second opinion

If I can give 0 stars I would!! My son was left with tears on each end his mouth and the biggest blisters on his lips. Appointment wait times are worse than a Walk in clinic. Their general anesthesia procedure are by far the worst, they book about 50+ kids a day and have everyone wait around with kids that haven’t ate anything in about 17+ hours.. my sons Appt was at 9am and didn’t get seen until about 2pm! Was not done from his dental work till about 4pm mind you he hasn’t ate since the night before Midnight. He was shivering and peed all over his pants when he woke up!! GETTING ALL THEIR TREATMENT RECORDS AND MOVING TO A DIFFERENT DENTIST!!

If I can give this dentist 0 star I would. They will make you wait for more than 1 hour for an appointment. And if you reschedule it will take you more than 2 months. Definitely not recommend.

Expect to wait a crazy long time. Appointment times don’t seem to matter. I understand the process and how it takes. A few hours. However. Being in a waiting room for 5 hours when an autistic child that hasn’t ate in over 17 hours. You would think staff would only make appointments they can handle in a day. Instead of trying to make the most money by piling a lot of kids and not respecting everyone’s time. If parent were 5 hours late that definitely would be an issue. I just hope they fix their time management and take parents and children under consideration.

The female dentist here is amazing staff is also very friendly. However my son had a procedure done in August and during the process the male dentist dropped a spacer in my sons mouth that he choked on that he kind of brushed off as if it was no big deal, and I also found out today the spacer was put in wrong and now my son has to go under sedation to fix the enlarged gums he has. Sadly I will not be going back and have to find a new kid friendly dentist .

I took my son 4yrs old in for treatment and I have never had a problem before with the visit front staff is always super nice . But the dr that was going to perform the sedation was kind of in a hurry I took my daughters to happy bear so I knew what was gonna happen . I was so wrong they traumatized me and my son by what they did I had to hold my son down as they gave him a shot to put him to sleep he started crying and then calmed down then gasping for air they said it’s normal and to carry him to the chair . The chair was a regular dental chair with plastic garage bags on it . I didn’t think that was normal but I was told to wait until the lobby and I dropped $1500 in that visit for work that I should have gotten a second opinion on. But they finally finished told me to go back and they wheeled my son in covered in blood they didn’t bother to clean him his mouth had blood he was crying non stop his nose started bleeding I called for help and they said it’s normal I had to clean him with my shirt . I would not bring my son back to this place for treatment I’ll go to happy bear instead. I don’t know how they can treat the child and not clean him up it’s disrespectful.

This clinic does not respect appointments. I arrived half an hour early and filled out the required papers. I waited in line in an empty hall, only to find that whoever came after me went first.

Love Dr Saiid our little one trusts his care.😁 However the office staff at Shaw Ave office in Fresno ca really are rude awful snotty smart mouthed 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬complained to corporate today . We’ve been with Dr x 5 years now .Such a shame to move my child to another Dentist who I pray actually care about how the staff treat his / her Patience. On the phone Stated we will put you in the 5:00 slot . After more than one hour calling to ask if I should reschedule, we arrived and were told to go away he could not treat my Daughters cavity. She is a CPS child with severe PTSD . Her life has not been a piece of cake and I as her Parent will always advocate for her. She will be raised as I . Don’t allow people to walk all over you. This incident happened at 4:40 pm on Wed June 26,2024.

Dental assistants were always so nice. BUT the fact that the dentist said my child had 8 cavities, I was in shock and couldn’t believe it. So I went somewhere else for 2nd opinion and the new dentist told me she only needed 3 fillings, NOT 8!!! $$$$

Your time is not taken seriously here. My 2 kids had appointments for 9:30am and 10:00am. We arrived at 9:04 and were called back at 9:15. I assumed things would be moving along, but here we are 1 hour later with both of my kids still waiting to be seen. The child in the room next to us was screaming bloody murder the whole time we were waiting and it just screams that this office books more than they can handle, and the patients are left in the cracks. If my child's appointments are for 9:30 and 10:00am and you don't even enter the room for my first child until 10:15, should we always just allocate 3 hours for dentist appointments? This is a nice office, they obviously put effort towards the kids enjoying their time here, but the scheduling and getting patients seen promptly needs a LOT of work.

Took my daughter for treatment. They numbed her for two fillings, came back 20 min later. They started treatment but my daughter started crying hysterically and they wouldn’t stop to try to numb her more or check on her, never going back here again. Good luck whoever gets their child treatment here.

I took my son (7yrs) because i wanted to find a new dentist and for us to stay with that office but if it wasnt for the Dentist i would of loved and stayed the staff is super nice, its big and clean in there and they have a cool set up in the waiting room. However Dr. Ravinder Kaur was not nice, short with me, rude, very rushed just a quick check. She wasnt gentle or sweet in her verbal communication and her movements of how she handled my son and she was very short with me. The worst was that she said they had to extract two teeth and they wouldnt sedate him they would only use like some restaint thing for him not to move and using happy gas. I said no because his still small and its two teeth not just one. But she was short and basically said she dont believe he need to be put under but iam the parent so they can refer me to a surgical dentist or do the happy gas. I ended saying no to refer me and the dentist just said "ok refer her" and left. The sad thing is that shes the only dentist for that whole office so had to go somewhere else.

I took my just turned 5 year old son their at 7 in the morning and we sat their for 10 hours , waiting to be the last people to be seen, because they had the wrong fax number to his actual doctor, and didn’t even make an attempt to try to call them to see if they had the right fax number, which I had to call them myself and write down the fax number for them and hand it to them but my son couldn’t get seen until the last Because The secretary in the front said that everybody else was a priority more Because they had a doctor clearance . And my son’s procedure wasn’t as big of a priority as the other families there because he didn’t Have a doctors clearance because they sent the clearance form A nonworking fax number. But I don’t know how that is my fault and I kept telling the lady in the front that are you sure they got the clearance at his doctors office and she said well we sent it but I called my doctors office and they said They weren’t receiving it so she couldn’t make a slight effort to call them or even ask them what their working fax number was so we’ve been sitting here from 7 AM to 5 o’clock in the afternoon.

I want to start by stating my kids never got a chance to come in or be seen by the dentist here. The front desk lady working on June 30th, is the reason this office will not get my business. First text from this office seemed like a bot, then I got a random text stating "good afternoon" in all lowercase, no punctuation, or stating why they were reaching out. Worried that the company/ phone line was hacked, I asked if this was a person or a bot & they admitted to being a person. Then they REQUESTED MY DAUGHTER'S SOCIAL VIA TEXT! Even though the first text from the dentist stated not to text confidential information! I reminded this person of that & when I called the office directly, she wouldn't let me speak to her manager or the primary dentist! She was clearly nervous, which made me think she knew she was doing something wrong. I canceled the appointment over the phone, then she texted me back, in all caps, once again with poor spelling & no punctuation. She also called and left me a voice mail stating it was her mistake, that she inputted a number incorrectly. I have no clue why a company would let someone with poor grammar operate their phone lines. The whole thing came across super shady & if you've already done business here, be warned your children's information could get hacked. I'll post screenshots as proof.

My first visit was excellent but on my second appointment I was little disappointed on their customer service. I had a situation with one of the assistance that in my opinion she was rude and careless.

My 4 year old went in for a cavity. They wound up drugging her with nitrous and extracted a tooth that didn’t need extracting. They are pure nickle and dimers and will take advantage of you not wanting to pay office visit fees to get second or third opinion. Didn’t even manage her pain adequately. -10 points. Stay away from these people. All they care about is your money.

The front staff don't seem approachable or knowledgeable. It's been over three weeks and they haven't verified one of my daughters insurance. They keep calling for the same information I already provided twice. I took my oldest for treatment and Dr said she didn't need numbing. Half way through treatment my daughter was raising her hand because of pain. He ignored it until the dentist Assistant told him and all he said was I'm almost done. On our way home we saw Dr had cut her badly in the side of her gums. Her bleeding wouldn't stop and she was in pain. I won't be returning to this office, not a pleasant experience from the get go.

This place is a mill for them to take kids teeth, I’m sorry. The female dentist doesn’t explain anything. I took my daughter in for a broken tooth to fix or cap they didn’t even attempt to save it just decided to rip it out. I argued with them because they were trying to work on all other teeth but the one the I took her in for that was broke and causing pain: they had an insurance agreement with over 5 visits lined for my insurance to get there 2500$ right off bat. I saw more kids 5 and under coming out with pulled teeth! Never going back! This place is money hungry: my initial visit I saw the dentist maybe 5 Minutes for her to ramble all this work that needs to be done then leave. They pulled my daughter tooth that could have been capped and saved .
Owner reply (2025-01-19): We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and understand how upsetting this must have been. Providing the best care and clear communication is our priority, and we regret falling short during your visit.
Our management team will reach out to you directly to discuss your concerns and work toward making things right.

Dentist was great! Unfortunately, only two stars because the upfront ladies need a little more training when it comes to customer service. They are the face of the company and the first impression when someone walks in, and because of their attitude they left a horrible first impression for myself.
Owner reply (2023-11-01): We are sorry to hear that you had a negative experience at our organization. We use all our reviews as guidance and, as a training opportunity to improve our customer service experience. Please feel free to contact us to allow us to improve your experience with us.
